Terms of use
These terms cover how we work together at Borealis Heating. Asking us to quote or carry out work means you are happy with them.
Quotes and prices
Set prices, such as a boiler service or a landlord certificate, are shown on the services page. Bigger jobs get a free survey and a fixed written quote first. We only start once you have agreed the price.
Emergency callouts
The 24 hour emergency line is for no heating and burst pipes. We aim to be with you within 2 hours in the city. Emergency and out of hours work may be charged at a callout rate, which we will confirm with you.
Gas safety
All of our engineers are Gas Safe registered. We work to current gas safety regulations and will not leave an appliance we believe to be unsafe in use.
Guarantees
New boilers carry the manufacturer guarantee, up to 12 years on accredited installs, which we register for you. Our own work is covered by your rights under consumer law.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms removes any rights you have under UK consumer law.
