When you use the enquiry form, email us or call, we collect your name, contact details, address or postcode and anything you tell us about the job. That is it.

Why we collect it

We use your details only to answer your enquiry, survey and quote the work, carry out the job and keep the records we need. We do not sell your information or share it for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep job and enquiry records for as long as we need them to look after your heating and meet our legal, safety and tax obligations, then we delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email jobs@borealisheating.co.uk and we will sort it.
